Other prints in the collection range from $150 to $850 for a copy of “Elissa Under Tow” by British artist Anthony Blackman, who arrived in Galveston this week. Blackman will be among those honored Feb. 4 at a gala sponsored by the Galveston Historical Foundation, which operates the Seaport Museum. Blackman’s works are part of the permanent collections of Texas A&M University, the University of Texas Medical Branch and Rosenberg Library.
