GALVESTON, Texas — Senior Services at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston is hosting a free panel presentation in Texas City and Galveston in September.
Judith Drew, a professor in the UTMB School of Nursing, will talk about “Understanding Bewildering Behavior.” Those who attend will learn how to understand, interpret and respond to puzzling, confusing and frightening behaviors. The presentation is part of the Circle of Life … Transitions lecture series for seniors and family members.
The presentations are scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. For those who register, a box lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. There is no charge for lunch. Here is the schedule:
Wednesday, Sept. 13, at Christ Church Fellowship, 1200 21st St. North, in Texas City.
Wednesday, Sept. 20, Trinity Episcopal Church, 701 Kempner St., in Galveston.
