Following the school shooting at Santa Fe High School UTMB’s media relations team immediately began answering calls from reporters seeking information on the patients that UTMB received. David Marshall, vice president, chief nursing and patient care services officer and Dr. Gulshan Sharma, vice president, chief medical and clinical innovation officer provided live on-camera updates to media throughout the day.
