Research conducted at UTMB found that selectively destroying cancerous prostate tissue is as effective as complete prostate removal or radiation therapy while preserving more sexual and urinary function than other treatments. Health Care Business, Medicine News Line, Ecancer News, Medical Xpress, Scienmag, Bioportfolio, Bioengineer and Science Daily all reported the research findings.
