Galveston County Daily News, April 3, 2007 GALVESTON - "Breaking the Silence," an onstage, artistic presentation, will explore the experience and effect of abuse and hatred at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Levin Hall auditorium, 10th and Market streets, at the University of Texas Medical Branch. The performance is free and open to the public. Created from the often-silenced voices of survivors, crisis center operators, lawyers and perpetrators, the monologue will explore the spectrum of domestic violence, hate crimes, child and elder abuse.
