Bay Area Education News Houston Chronicle July 5, 2007 John C. "Chris" McKee was named director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. The OIE helps administrators examine its academic, clinical and administrative components and use the findings for program improvement. McKee comes to UTMB from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
