Southeast Texas Record, August 13, 2007 A suit has been filed on behalf of the family of a man who died of cardiac arrest after being turned away from an Orange hospital on Sept. 3, 2005.  The man was taken to UTMB Galveston where he died "despite the best efforts of health care providers at UTMB," the suit states.
