Houston Chronicle, Oct. 19, 2007 An attorney for a man accused of injuring his 2-month-old daughter by putting her in a microwave oven has filed his intent to use an insanity defense. UTMB's Dr. Michael Fuller, a professor of psychiatry, has been asked to evaluate the defendant, Joshua Mauldin.  (This story has appeared widely across the nation.)
