KXAS-TV Ch. 5 (NBC) Dallas/Fort Worth, Oct. 20, 2007 Someone in Texas has let $7 million slip through their hands. The winning lottery ticket was purchased in Terrell. The drawing was back in April, but the winning ticket expired Wednesday night at midnight. That money now goes back into the state's general fund.
