Austin American-Statesman, Nov. 28, 2007 House Speaker Tom Craddick on Wednesday released interim charges to be studied by lawmakers. Legislators are expected to review funding streams for UTMB, focusing on the issue of the need for reimbursement by counties using UTMB for higher levels of indigent care; and study the methodology used to fund the state's two mission specific institutions.
