Galveston County Daily News, Feb. 7, 2008 In a move that likely has UTMB managers looking a bit peaked, St. Luke's today began construction of a 175-bed hospital at 200 Blossom St. in Webster. Like so many health care providers, the medical branch wants to increase its presence in the north county and Clear Lake areas to attract insured patients.
