Houston Chronicle Bay Area, Feb. 13, 2008 Clear Lake resident Dr. Glenda Hickman has distributed more than 2,500 small stones that she gives to her patients. She paints the stones and writes scripture on them. "What I've seen is, when people are in crisis, they want to hold something," she said. She is a graduate of UTMB, where she also completed her residency in pediatrics and internal medicine.
