Galveston County Daily News, March 6, 2008 Heather Dahmer, a student in the neonatal nurse practitioner program at UTMB, has been appointed to a position as a military consultant to the U.S. Office of the Surgeon General. Dahmer, a captain in the Air Force, is completing her final semester at the School of Nursing and will graduate in April.
