Galveston County Daily News, March 19, 2008 UTMB psychiatry professor Michael Fuller testified in the trial of Joshua Mauldin who is accused of putting his infant daughter into a microwave and severely burning her. Fuller said that Mauldin had suffered since childhood from a variety of mental problems, some of which would only get more severe.
