KFDM-TV (Beaumont), March 21, 2008 BEAUMONT - Commissioners in Hardin County are considering legal action against the county's indigent care providers. The county contracts with UTMB and several local doctors and pharmacies. Hardin County Judge Billy Caraway says the companies might be getting double payments from the county and the federal government.
