Galveston County Daily News, April 3, 2008 Frontera de Salud was started in 1998 by UTMB students to provide health care to some of the poorest people in Texas. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the medical branch will be the site of a conference with the Rev. Michael Seifert from South Texas as the featured speaker.
