Houston Chronicle Aldine/North Houston, June 19, 2008 A new study might provide some answers for residents who are concerned about the quality of the air they breathe. The Houston Exposure to Air Toxics Study, or HEATS, is recruiting participants for a personal exposure study ever on volatile organic compounds. HEATS is being conducted by scientists from UTMB and the University of Texas School of Public Health.
