Bay Area Citizen, July 29, 2008 Betsy Clardy has been named associate vice president and chief development officer for UTMB. She will lead efforts to secure philanthropic funding to support UTMB priority research, education and patient care initiatives, including a new $250 million medical tower and a $90 million research facility on the UTMB campus.
