The China Post, Aug. 20, 2008 UTMB's Dr. C.J. Peters is quoted in this article regarding the death of Dr. Bruce Ivins, a scientist whom the FBI said is solely responsible for the anthrax attacks in 2001. Some scientists, including Peters, are skeptical about the chain of evidence that led the FBI to link the strain of anthrax used in the attacks to Ivins. One of Peters' comments, which originally was posted on CIDRAP News on Aug. 15, is in a Reuters article that is being distributed worldwide. "I want to see the data. I want to see the valid scientific links made."
