Galveston County Daily News, Sept. 8, 2008 UTMB's Center for Addiction Research, along with the Gulf Coast Center, are sponsoring a free event to increase the awareness and understanding of addiction and recovery. The Celebrate Recovery Festival will be Saturday at Kempner Park in Galveston.
