Brazosport Facts, Nov. 20, 2008 Brazoria County is making progress with indigent health care even though its contracted provider, UTMB, continues to assess its own capabilities in handling those patients. Dr. George Brooks manages the hospital's telemedicine care for Brazoria County patients. He has said he'll do whatever's necessary to continue that service.
