Galveston County Daily News, Dec. 28, 2008 Dolph Tillotson, publisher of the Galveston paper, writes in this column that the University of Texas System has mismanaged UTMB and diverted money away from UTMB to other UT schools. He says that area residents need to hear more about UTMB's future before they commit to tax themselves more in an effort to rebuild UTMB.
