Huntsville Item, Dec. 18, 2008 HUNTSVILLE - Huntsville Memorial Hospital opened a nine-bed unit for noncritical Texas Department of Criminal Justice offenders. UTMB Correctional Managed Care and TDCJ approached the hospital following Hurricane Ike to help provide care to offenders.
