"As Texans, we have a duty to inform our legislators of our wishes regarding UTMB. I hope that many will write or speak with their elected representatives and encourage them to support a return of UTMB to its status preceding Hurricane Ike, so that the institution that has cared for our citizens for a century can continue to do so."
