Galveston County Daily News, Feb. 1, 2009 Dolph Tillotson, publisher of the Galveston paper, says that the future of Galveston lies with the future of UTMB and he castigates the UT System Board of Regents for past actions and says that Galveston County deserves a detailed plan from the regents about the future of UTMB.
