Galveston County Daily News, Feb. 13, 2009 Dolph Tillotson, publisher of the Daily News, writes in this editorial that the KSA report seems to have been written in a vacuum, not taking into account, for example, philanthropic support and does not address the future of the Level 1 trauma center. He writes that the KSA report is in stark contrast to a special House committee that recommends rebuilding UTMB and revitalizing the trauma center as quickly as possible.
