The UT System Board of Regents is meeting today in Austin to discuss UTMB’s clinical enterprise. UTMB’s Dr. Ben Raimer is quoted: “I am always optimistic at our board meetings because I know they understand our problem, and I also know they understand that we have the best medical school in the United States,” Raimer said. “I have high expectations, although I have no earthly idea what their recommendations might be.”
