"If ever there was a year to get your taxes done early and clear April 15 for a road trip, this is it. A supplemental appropriations bill authorizing money essential to a plan for rebuilding and expanding University of Texas Medical Branch operations on Galveston Island comes up for a vote that day in Austin."
