Legislative session gives UH, other state universities boost

UTMB's Dr. Ben Raimer is quoted in this article about funding that the Legislature approved for UTMB, including money to rebuild the campus, build a new hospital tower and eventually re-attain a Level 1 rating for its trauma center. "The additional money will allow UTMB to move into the future," Raimer said. "It's going to take time. It's not flipping a switch."
