Brazoria County will pay UTMB $2.7 million next year for inmate health care, including on-site, telemedicine and inpatient services. Brazoria County Commissioners also agreed to use UTMB services for the 2010-11 fiscal year at a cost of $1.9 million for telemedicine and on-site care and $876,000 for care at the hospital.
