McALLEN - UTMB plans to reopen a cancer clinic in McAllen that was closed late last year, in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike. The Legislature appropriated funding to reopen the facility. UTMB's Raul Reyes is quoted: "We're glad we're going to be able to provide these services again," Reyes said. "We're recovering slowly but surely."
