"We were really concerned about getting to play because we knew the university couldn't provide the funding that it normally does," Rein said. "The fields also had some damage because of the storm. But I got a call from a lot of the managers and they said they didn't care what the condition of the fields were, they wanted to play. It became apparent to me that we had to keep this thing going."
