The shots will cost $14 each and will be paid for by the county. The court approved $21,652.83 to be paid to the U.T.M.B. Clinic from the general fund to cover expenses of the county's health department. The money is paid monthly by the county as mandated by the state. The clinic provides medical services to indigent women and children. “The money received goes toward operating expenses such as utilities and shots,” said Michelle Stamper, U.T.M.B. clinic manager.
