Oracle EPM Cloud applications unavailable Friday March 28, 2025 from 5 PM – 6 PM

Please be advised that all Oracle EPM Cloud applications will be unavailable today between the hours of 5 PM – 6 PM for maintenance.  Applications affected are: FINRPT25, UTMBPLAN, AECLINFR and STATE.

Polycom Migration to Pexip on Monday April 7th, 2025 at 7:00am

 We are planning on completing the transition from Polycom Clariti environment to our hybrid Polycom and Pexip telehealth environment on Monday April 7th, 2025. This will involve intermittent outages throughout the day regarding telehealth calls involving Polycom equipment along with any provider calling in via the Realpresence Desktop applications.

 Red:  Cellular Provider Alert

Carrier issues at the Health Education Center for ATT,Verizon, andT-Mobile

 Good morning, 

IS voice reports that users at the Health Education Center Only may be unable to make calls through ATT, Verizon, and TMobile at this time. The IS voice team advised using wifi calling if possible.

Citrix Warning

IS Tech Services reports Citrix users are currently receiving popups when logging into Citrix applications stating "Your corporate Citrix environment is currently unsupported. Please contact your IT department to resolve any support related issues." ITS is aware and working with Citrix support on this popup. Selecting OK on the popup will continue your session with no issues.

Campus Solutions PeopleTools 8.61.08 Upgrade on Thursday, March 27 at 5:00pm through Friday, March 28 at 5:00pm

Disaster/Weather Emergencies

In the event of a disaster or emergency weather conditions, please refer to the following lines of communication for more information:

  • Call the UTMB main operator at (409) 772-1011.
  • Information is also available via the web at www.utmb.edu/alert. Should the UTMB web server go down, a second server is in place as a backup and will be available via UTMB's normal URL: www.utmb.edu.  Additionally, an informational site will be activated at www.utmbinfo.com.
  • See www.utmb.edu/emergency_plan for UTMB Health Emergency Operations Plans.
  • Monitor local television and radio stations including KPRC/950 AM, KTRH/740 AM and KIKK/96 FM in Houston.
