There will be maintenance on the Hyland cloud onBase SFTP services starting April 20th. Any documents scanned between 4/20 9PM to 4/21 12AM from Passport(esig) will not show up in EPIC.

Avaya Maintenance for Galveston Campus Wednesday, April 24th , from 7:00PM to 10:00PM

On Wednesday 4/24/24 7pm-10pm, ITS Voice Services will be performing Avaya maintenance at the following Galveston Campus buildings.

Research Buildings (6,17,21)

Animal Resource Center (20)

Moody Library (24)

Materials Management (28)

University Health Clinics (56)

School of Nursing (57) 

Avaya desk phones will be unavailable for approximately 5-8 minutes while maintenance is being performed. This will not cause an outage for the entire building as maintenance will be performed by area at a time.

Disaster/Weather Emergencies

In the event of a disaster or emergency weather conditions, please refer to the following lines of communication for more information:

  • Call the UTMB main operator at (409) 772-1011.
  • Information is also available via the web at www.utmb.edu/alert. Should the UTMB web server go down, a second server is in place as a backup and will be available via UTMB's normal URL: www.utmb.edu.  Additionally, an informational site will be activated at www.utmbinfo.com.
  • See www.utmb.edu/emergency_plan for UTMB Health Emergency Operations Plans.
  • Monitor local television and radio stations including KPRC/950 AM, KTRH/740 AM and KIKK/96 FM in Houston.
